He's home!

This morning, Nick opened the door to let our dog out and Leo ran in the house so fast, he nearly knocked Nick down. He's been gone nearly a week and he was extremely freaked out. He howled for the first ten minutes he was home then hid under our bed. Poor guy. I have no idea where he's been. He looks ok; a little skinny and a lot dirty, but no blood. I had feared he had become a coyote snack. So, so glad he's home. He's been outside in near record winds, torrential rain and a hailstorm. I bet he doesn't go outside again...

Happy kids, happy cat!
Thanks for all your well wishes! :)

Oh, wonderful! I was so sad to see that you were missing him. Our kitty is almost 1yr and strictly an inside cat, but she wants to get out. My hubby says that if we let her, if she made it home, she'd never want to go out again.

I'm just scared to death that she'd never make it home...so she's inside whether she likes it or not!

Yay! for Leo's safe return!!

After reading your post the other day I am so glad to hear your beloved cat came home safely. If only he could talk and tell you all about the adventures he has had, then he could be your guest blogger, that would be something :-)

He was howling because he was asking, "What took you all so long to find me?" LOL Glad he's home, safe and sound. You're right...he won't be heading outside anytime soon. He got a rude awakening!

I'm so glad he's back! I would be overwrought with worry if that happened! Don't you wish you could know the adventures he had??? You could write a post about it...Thanks for the kind comment at my site!

I'm so happy for you! The fact he made it back is a miracle in that kind of weather...no, I don't think he'll be wandering out again too soon.
